The MAC 110 AS/1 is an automatic horizontal baler designed for facilities handling large volumes of recyclable materials and RDF/SRF. With a pressing force of 170 tons, a volumetric throughput of 768 m³/h, and a cycle time of 15 seconds, it is engineered for continuous operation and efficient material flow.

It can process mixed paper, cardboard, PET and RDF/SRF, producing bales of 1,100 x 1,100 mm, a format suitable for storage and transport by truck, container and rail. The 2,100 x 1,020 mm loading hopper allows efficient feeding of bulky materials.

The machine can be configured with 4 or 5 tying wires and is equipped with a Siemens S7-1500 PLC control system, ensuring reliable operation in high-intensity processing environments.

The electromechanical horizontal tying system is designed for the use of steel or plastic wire, providing flexibility depending on the material processed and operational requirements.

Output can reach up to 13 t/h for PET, 23.5 t/h for cardboard, 37 t/h for mixed paper, and 42 t/h for RDF/SRF.

CONTROL PANEL

The control panel allows better management and operation of the baler: production parameters can be adjusted (pressure and counterpressure, bale length, etc …), reports and statistics can be checked, and a graphics system allows a real-time diagnosis of malfunctions.

HIGH EFFICIENCY BLADES

The cutting system is a high efficiency system and the blades of the MAC 111AS/1 baler are tempered and wear-resistant to optimize the excess material cutting process in the compacting chamber.

SMART HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

The hydraulic system adapts to the material to be treated and the baler is equipped with pumps outside of the oil tank for better performance and easier maintenance.

Variable flow pumps provide a perfect balance between thrust pressure and processing speed, while the high-efficiency IE3 motors guarantee consumption that are 30% lower compared to traditional motors.

Wear-Resistant Steel Coating

The MAC 110 AS/1 baler is protected with wear-resistant ANTI-WEAR 450 steel liners which are bolted into the extrusion channel and into the compacting chamber and can be quickly and safely replaced
