The MAC 102 automatic baler has been designed to bale medium and small quantities of materials. Waste sorting plants, logistic centres, large-scale retailers are among the main users of the MAC 102. Thanks to great work flexibility, it bales all types of waste paper, plastic containers and many other products for recovery.

SMART HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

The hydraulic system of the MAC 102 baler can be easily adapted to the material to be treated.

CONTROL PANEL

The control panel allows better management and operation of the baler: production parameters can be adjusted (pressure and counterpressure, bale length, etc …), reports and statistics can be checked, and a graphics system allows a real-time diagnosis of malfunctions.

HIGH EFFICIENCY BLADES

Tempered blades ensure higher resistance to wear and have been designed to improve excess material cutting process into the compacting chamber.

HARDOX STEEL LINER

The sliding platform of the compaction trolley of a bolt-in HARDOX steel liner. This wear-resistant system protects the machine from abrasion and corrosion.

Horizontal tying system

The horizontal tying system of the MAC 102 baler features 4 wires and has been designed to tie both plastic and iron wires. It simplifies tying unit cleaning and ensures greater safety for the operator.
