CONTROL PANEL

The control panel allows better management and operation of the baler: production parameters can be adjusted (pressure and counterpressure, bale length, etc …), reports and statistics can be checked, and a graphic system allows a real-time diagnosis of malfunctions.

BLADES SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED FOR WASTE

The cutting blades are highly efficient, hardened and interchangeable with respect to the material to be treated: plastic, paper, biomass and waste fuel (RDF).

SMART HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

It adapts easily to the material to be treated. The pumps are external to the oil tank to achieve better performance and simplify maintenance.

Wear-Resistant Steel Coating

The ANTI-WEAR 450 coatings protect the machine from abrasion and corrosion: to facilitate and speed up replacement, they are bolted in the compaction chamber and in the extrusion channel

Horizontal tying system

The horizontal tying system is designed to bind both metal and plastic wire: this simplifies the cleaning process of the binder, and guarantees a higher safety for the operator. The system can work with 4 or 5 wires and 5+3 wires.
