Twine wire tying unit

The system consists of two elements placed on the same side of the press body, which are: Needle Group and Knotter Group.

The needle group makes a double movement by recovering the twine wire from the opposite side and bringing it to the knot-tying group, which receives the twine wire, shears it, and twists it to form a slipknot, this improves the previous systems by making the material tighten the knot instead of untying it. It is realized by means of a chassis in electro-welded metal carpentry fixed to the machine body by means of pins.

The press is equipped with devices for the automatic and horizontal tying of the bales produced during the compacting phase by means of 4 or 5 twine wires.
