MACPRESSE AT DRUPA, Düsseldorf, 31 May – 10 June 2016

Come visit us at Hall 12, Stand 12E52!

The fair trade DRUPA  represents an important event for key operators of the printing equipment sector. A showcase of cutting-edge technologies for the printing, packaging, certified green printing and 3D printing sectors.

We will be present with our solutions for box plants, printing plants and binderies: MAC 106 and MAC 107 balers.

Dust in working environments: a common problem

Printing plants and binderies must face the same problem: during the paper pressing cycle, some dust is spread in the working environment, thus reducing breathing air quality.

Macpresse machines are the ideal solutions to avoid these situations, since they can be equipped with dust collection systems which absorb the dust and convey the trimmings to the baler hoppers, making the environment healthier and cleaner.

MAC 106 AND MAC 107: the more efficient solution for operators in the printing equipment sector

MAC 106 and MAC 107 balers are perfect for printing plants and binderies, since:

  • they are equipped with a large loading hopper able to receive huge quantities of machine waste such as trimmings and waste papers
  • they can be powered by trimming automatic handling systems which come from rotary printing presses.
  • they are characterized by high levels of working flexibility and assure up to 20% savings on plastic wire

As every MAC baler, they are designed to optimize management costs and transportation volumes.
Indeed, the bale size obtained (L 1,100 mm x H 750 mm) is the best solution for transportation by trucks, containers or wagons.

Here you can see a MAC 107 in operation while it presses paper and cardboard:
