Our manufacturing methodology insures the construction of the baler
frames, hydraulic power units and patented wire tying units are
assembled and wired and fully tested.
After a comprehensive test is conducted by a qualified engineer, the
finished product is sent to a controlled temperature painting booth.
After painting, equipment is ready for shipping. The buyer will be
assisted during the assembly by our qualified technicians.

To further guarantee the reliability of its machines, Macpresse has
created a division that deals with after-the-sale assistance. Service
assistance for spare parts, troubleshooting, equipment installation and
routine maintenance is made available.

To insure quick customer service response we have organised various
warehouses in different locations around the world, Asia, America and
Europe that are constantly supplied by Macpresse.
Each plant project is designed using the most advanced CAD techniques.
The client’s specific requirements are studied and facility is
custom-made. The compliance with the rules and standards of the final
destination country is carefully evaluated.

Macpresse designs and builds all our equipment at our facilities. The
company holds several international patents covering technological
solutions devolped and designed by Macpresse.


CAD design directly intergrate with CNC equipment to control machining
tools such as plasma cutting, lathes and mills in our production process.
Quality standards are strictly assured by using the highest quality
steel and components and the use of computerized manufacturing equipment.

Our customers and service technicians can easily identify spare parts
and assembly information usin

the exploded diagrams and codes in the manuals.

Our parts department check the parts orders and match the components
needed prior to shipment. Parts are shipped to the customer via ground
transport, ships or air express couriers as required to best serve the
need.

If required, Macpresse can provide a qualified serice technician to
perform maintenance.

Additionally, Macpresse can provide direct analysis from our
headquarters through a modem connection for all equipment purchased with
a PLC and diagnostic software.

Macpresse is therefore capable of constantly assisting the client from
our plant to the customer’s facility with assembly and start-up and
on-going operational management.
