Models are identified by the designation of P or L and are made to meet individual user requirements. Only high quality materials are used in their manufacturing, due to the dirty dusty and abusive envirionment often found when processing solid waste and recyclable materials. The drive chains are available in several versions for light , medium or heavy loads and for damp or dry wastes. The conveyor belts come complete with appropriately sized drive motors, a reaction arm reduces the shock on the reduction gear unit during starts and stops, spring-operated adjustable tension devices and lateral containment sides.The conveyor belt consists of heavy stamped steel slats are bolted to the roller chain. The shape of slats prevents the material from jamming during transport and eliminates the need for hinges.
