Macpresse applies an internal well-established proprietary QC process, based on our decades of experience in designing and planning systems. All manufactured mechanical parts are checked and verified before and after their installation.

Macpresse has invested in 5 C&C machines capable of producing hundreds of parts at a time with minimal mechanical tolerances. The parts are manufactured in-house and tested during no-load tests of every baler.
Appropriate tests checking the mechanical and hydraulic pressures as well as the smooth running of the system management software are carried out before delivering the system to the customer.

Macpresse suppliers are all certified and supply the best hydraulic, electronic and metal components. Our main suppliers are Bosch Rexroth for the hydraulics, Siemens for all the electronic components; we also use bolted Hardox steel liners in our balers to reduce the wear & tear on the baler frames.
